Reception
Our Reception area is fully equipped and staffed between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Our receptionists are highly qualified professional individuals who will answer your calls, in your business name and announce them to you, or alternatively, take messages or divert calls to your mobile or alternate location. They organise couriers, attend to your visitors and carry out all normally expected Reception tasks.
Secretarial Services
Onsite on a "user pays" basis (laser printing, colour printing, scanning, binding, faxing, e-mail, Internet access, most major software packages catered for).
Boardroom
Our Boardroom is capable of accommodating up to 14 people with TV, video, whiteboard, overhead projector, full crockery, cutlery and glassware for formal client entertainment.
Meeting Room
Our Meeting Room is capable of accommodating up to 8 people.
Telephone System
Digital handsets all executive, multifunctional "hands free" and digital display.
Our state-of-the-art telephone system channels calls directly to your office after hours, in order that you will never miss an important call. After hours calls can be diverted directly from your office to your elected destination.
With our "rotary line" system, your telephone number will never give an engaged signal, irrespective of how many people may be calling you at once. This type of facility has historically only been available to major corporations.

Onsite on a "user pays" basis with individual PIN code security and 24 hours a day, 7 days a week access.

Our Kitchen is fully equipped, stocked and maintained by Westgate Business Centre personnel.
