Monthly rental charges at either of our prestigious serviced office locations include the following:

Complete reception service - all calls are promptly answered by your Westgate Receptionist in your business name
Your receptionist will announce the call to you in your office
Specified furniture is provided as part of your rental
Standard day to day cleaning of your office
Air conditioning costs during work days between 8am - 6pm
Electricity, rates, taxes and fitout insurance on the premises
Unlimited tea, coffee and filtered water on a self serve basis
Mail collection from our common GPO Box addresses
Delivery of outgoing mail
Selection of daily newspapers and chronicles at Reception
